All are welcome to attend this Ribbon Cutting ceremony, as our friends at YogaSix Wexford celebrate the opening of their newest studio, followed by a special private class 4:00-5:00 p.m. for Chamber members!
Our Valued Members are invited to join us for this special edition of their trademark "Y6 Restore" class, a perfect match for anyone stepping into the world of yoga for the first time. These classes emphasize floor postures to stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body in a lightly warm, full sensory room.
Those who take this class regularly report better recovery, mobility, fewer injuries and improved sleep, as well as reduced aches and pains.
